1. Jennifer Lopez cut dancers for being Virgos, Heather Morris claims
Let's get loud … unless you were born between August 23 and Sept. 22, in which case, let's get out. On the Just Sayin' with Justin Martindale podcast, Glee star Heather Morris alleged Jennifer Lopez has cut dancers specifically because of their astrological sign. While cautioning this is "hearsay," the actress revealed she's heard that Lopez once held all-day auditions for one of her tours years ago, and at the very end of the process, she asked the dancers who made it that far to raise their hands if they're Virgos. At that point, Morris claims, Lopez immediately dismissed everyone with their hands up. "They had to leave after a whole day of auditioning for Jennifer Lopez," Morris said. Lopez, in case you were wondering, is a Leo, while Ben Affleck, born on August 15, is a Leo on the precipice of Virgo territory — so if his mother had just given birth eight days later, we may have never gotten Gigli.
2. Pete Davidson somehow convinced Joe Pesci to come out of retirement again
Whatever spell Pete Davidson casts on the women he dates, he seems to have used it on Joe Pesci, as the legendary Goodfellas star is coming out of retirement for a … Peacock comedy? Yes, Pesci has been cast in Bupkis, a comedy series that tells a fictional version of Davidson's life. Not only has Pesci not booked a regular television role in almost 40 years, but he famously quit acting in 1999. In fact, he had to practically be dragged kicking and screaming out of retirement to star in Martin Scorsese's The Irishman in 2019 — and not before turning down the role 40 times. But a Pete Davidson comedy on a streaming service no one watches? Say no more, I'm in, baby! Edie Falco is playing Davidson's mom in the show, while Pesci will play his grandfather. We're assuming the show will be funny ... but funny how?

3. Barbie Ferreira is leaving 'Euphoria'
It turns out Kat doesn't have nine lives on Euphoria. Barbie Ferreira has revealed she's leaving her role as Kat on the hit HBO series ahead of its third season. "After four years of getting to embody the most special and enigmatic character Kat, I'm having to say a very teary eyed goodbye," she said on Instagram. Ferreira didn't explain why she's leaving, but this comes after fans were pretty disappointed by her role in season two, during which she had far less screen time. There have also been rumors of a behind-the-scenes feud with the show's creator, Sam Levinson, and reports of her walking off set multiple times. So the news once again led Euphoria fans to furiously tweet their utter contempt for Levinson, who writes every single episode. "I need her to make an exposé on Sam Levinson," one tweet said. No one hates Sam Levinson more than fans of Sam Levinson's show.
4. Olivia Rodrigo makes surprise appearance at Billy Joel concert
We bet that she knows Billy Joel. Well, that's pretty safe to say after Olivia Rodrigo made a surprise appearance during a Billy Joel concert at New York's Madison Square Garden on Wednesday night. Joel introduced the "Drivers License" singer as a "very talented singer-songwriter," noting, "I like her music and so do my kids." It definitely helps that Rodrigo famously gives Joel a major shout-out on her hit song "Deja Vu," which includes the lyrics, "I'll bet that she knows Billy Joel / 'Cause you played her 'Uptown Girl,'" and "I was the one who taught you Billy Joel." So naturally, the two performed a duet of "Uptown Girl," and Rodrigo also sang "Deja Vu," telling Joel, "I kind of wrote this next song about you." On Instagram, Rodrigo called it the "biggest honor ever," adding, "Thank u Billy!!!!!!!" Good for you, Long Islanders.

5. Nick Cannon is expecting his 10th child
Has Nick Cannon foreseen some sort of Noah's ark type scenario that will force him to single-handedly repopulate the Earth? That's the only explanation now that the Masked Singer host has revealed he's expecting yet another baby, which will be his 10th. He's set to welcome a child with Brittany Bell, and he shared the news via a photoshoot showing her pregnant belly. This comes less than a month after Cannon welcomed his eighth child, his first with Bre Tiesi. So Cannon is now expecting two children with two different women at the same time, as Abby De La Rosa is also currently pregnant and due in October. He already has twins with ex Mariah Carey, two kids with Bell, and two with De La Rosa. Seriously, what's Joe Biden's plan for getting this man a vasectomy?
