1. Macron presses Trump to stay in Iran nuclear deal

Emmanuel Macron appears close to a diplomatic coup, after US President Donald Trump hinted that he is open to the French president’s suggestion of staying in the existing nuclear accord with Iran but working out a new deal that addresses Trump’s concerns. Macron and his wife, Brigitte, are on a state visit to the US.
