1. Justin Bieber says he'll release a new album if he gets 20 million Instagram likes
Big news for all you true Beliebers: Pop star Justin Bieber has teased the possibility that he'll release a new album before Christmas. But there's a catch: The Biebs told fans he's "gotta see the demand," requesting 20 million likes on an Instagram post to "make [him] move faster." (Alas, the post has a mere 7 million likes so far.) Undaunted, separate posts from Bieber teased that the album's first single might be titled "Yummy," because what ultra-cool pop star doesn't take his cues from Guy Fieri?
2. Jennifer Aniston says she and her Friends costars are working on 'something'
The cast of Friends has always maintained that they'll never do a reunion or a reboot — but a selfie of all the show's stars hanging out, which Aniston used to debut her new Instagram account, made fans hopeful anyway. On a recent Ellen appearance, Aniston once again shot down the idea of a reboot — but she did let it slip that the cast has some kind of project in the works. "We would love for there to be something, but we don't know what that something is. So we're just trying. We're working on something," she said. And since it doesn't sound like that "something" will be literally the only thing Friends fans want, let's hope for the next best thing: A Joey reboot.

3. There's a new Superman TV series in the works
Look! Up on your TV screen! It's a bird! It's a plane! It's another Superman reboot! The CW is developing a new Superman TV series, titled Superman & Lois, which will follow the iconic comic-book couple as they navigate day-to-day life in Metropolis. The series will depict Superman and Lois Lane as they "deal with all the stress, pressures and complexities that come with being working parents in today's society" — because every working parent can relate to using their laser eyes to stop Lex Luthor from taking over the world.
4. Emilia Clarke dishes on Beyoncé and Jay-Z's top-secret Oscars afterparty
There's only one greater honor than getting invited to the Oscars: Getting invited to Beyoncé and Jay-Z's top-secret, ultra-exclusive afterparty, which is one of Hollywood's most coveted tickets despite being held in a converted parking garage. Earlier this year, Game of Thrones star Emilia Clarke scored an invite, and while she wouldn't spill too many details — presumably she also wants to score an invite for next year — she did reveal that the party has a strict no-cellphones policy. (She also said she immediately started crying when she met Beyoncé, because even the Mother of Dragons is only human.)

5. Get ready for a sexy modern re-imagining of Dante's Inferno
Right on cue, here comes a sexy new TV adaptation of that book all the teens can't stop talking about: Dante's Inferno. The series, which is set to debut on Freeform, will be loosely based on the 14-century poem of the same name, because why not? It's in the public domain. This dramatically re-imagined version of Inferno will follow a 20-year-old woman named Grace Dante as she navigates the demonic underworld of present-day Los Angeles. Abandon all hope, ye who decide to TiVo this.
