Baby hedgehog delays commercial flight

A pilot delayed takeoff on a commercial jet when he spotted a baby hedgehog on the runway. Following an abrupt emergency stop, passengers were told about the reason for the delay over the tannoy while they waited two minutes for the hoglet to cross.
Baby born with four legs and four arms
A baby has been born in India with four legs, four arms and three hands. Medics say the girl was originally one of a set of triplets – two of which became conjoined during the pregnancy. The doctor who delivered the baby girl said the parents were “distressed” but the baby is healthy.

Mum embarrasses naughty son to teach him a lesson
A frustrated mother has turned up at her son’s class as part of a surprise experiment. Becky Crandley strolled into Sittingbourne Community College in Kent following reports that her son, Harley, 12, had shown signs of a bad attitude. “If only I got a picture of his face when I walked in and sat down next to him, he went so red there’s nothing I can compare it to,” she said.
