A hippo is predicting a Super Bowl win for the Kansas City Chiefs. Zookeepers at the Cincinnati Zoo decided to ask Fiona the Hippo to pick which team would win Sunday’s Super Bowl, the Chiefs or the San Francisco 49ers. Confronted with the logos of the two teams, the hippo vomited on the Kansas one, ending any doubt over the matter.

Leopard on Yorkshire road turns out to be ‘some tart’s coat’

A man has who tentatively approached what he thought was a leopard on a West Yorkshire road was amused when it turned out to be something quite different. After Ben Lilly passed the item on the A646 near Hebden Bridge, he cautiously left his car, fearing his face may be “ripped off” by the beast. However, as he slowly got closer, he discovered it was in fact “some tart’s coat”.

Woman puts cake in mousetrap to catch husband

A woman who got sick of her husband eating all of the snacks in their kitchen has taken drastic action. Tammy Johnson – who describes her husband Tommy as a “fat bastard” – used electrical tape to seal off the contents to everything in both their fridge and cupboards. She then placed a cake on a mousetrap, with small pieces of chocolate leading up to it in a bid to seduce him towards it.
