Spanish flu survivor, 106, also survives coronavirus

A 106-year-old woman has become the UK’s oldest coronavirus survivor. Freda Hodgson also survived the Spanish flu as a child and has no fewer than 52 great-grandchildren. Since surviving Covid-19, she is back to drinking her much loved brandy and ginger. She credits her long life to being “stubborn”.
Men paid to fulfil sexual fantasy go to wrong house
Two men hired to fulfil a man’s peculiar sexual fantasy broke into a bedroom at the wrong address. A man, who lives in the town of Griffith in Australia, had offered to pay $5,000 to realise his fantasy of being tied up in his underwear and stroked with a broom. When the hired pair realised they had arrived at the wrong house, they said “sorry mate” and left.

Corpse in the road turns out to be mannequin
New Zealand police responded to a report of a body in the road, but arrived to find the purported corpse was actually a mannequin. “This was a report of a body on the road, however it appears it was a mannequin,” a Dunedin police spokeswoman told the Otago Daily Times.
