Customer caught cooking meth in restaurant

An Indiana man has been arrested, after he was caught cooking methamphetamine in a booth at a White Castle restaurant. Police say the man was using a highly dangerous “one pot” method to make the drug in a plastic bottle, which can result in explosions and fires.
Senate candidate wants to give homeless people shotguns
A Michigan candidate for US Senate has called for homeless people to be armed with pump action shotguns in an effort to reduce crime. Libertarian candidate Brian Ellison says homeless people are “constantly victims of violent crime”, and that arming them with shotguns would provide a deterrent.

Giant yellow duck missing of Australia’s west coast
A giant inflatable duck has been reported missing, after strong winds blew it out to sea and into the Indian Ocean, off the west coast of Australia. The duck, named “Daphne” is the mascot of a local swimming club. Club members have recorded several sightings of the duck, including one from a witness who claimed to have seen it almost 400km up the coast.
