Great white shark steals researchers’ catch

Researchers from the Virginia Institute of Marine Science have released images of the moment their catch was stolen by a great white shark. The team had hooked a black tipped reef shark and were bringing it into the boat when the four-metre great white attacked.
Woman gets head stuck in truck exhaust pipe
Firefighters have rescued a woman at a Minnesota music festival after she got her head stuck in the exhaust pipe of a pick-up truck. Rescue workers used a power saw to cut through the pipe to free the woman, who was later cited for underage drinking and escorted from the music festival venue.

‘Car thief’ caught with monkey
A suspected car thief has been arrested after he reportedly crashed a stolen vehicle into a ditch in Holiday, Florida. Officials say police officers were surprised to find the man had a Capuchin monkey clinging to his shirt when they arrived. The driver did not have a permit for the monkey, which may lead to further charges.
