A pigeon that was caught by the Indian Border Security Force is to undergo X-rays and other examinations over concern that the bird may have been spying for Pakistan. Indian officials say the use of pigeons with “spying gadgets” embedded in their bodies is not unusual for the region.

Racehorse tests positive for cocaine

Prominent British racehorse Walk In The Sun has tested positive for cocaine after winning a race at Lingfield in February. The British Horseracing Authority is likely to bring charges against the horse’s trainer, Jeremy Noseda, who has declined to comment on how the animal might have come into contact with the drug.
