Team USA go into the Friday afternoon foursomes with a 3-1 lead over Team Europe after the opening session at the Ryder Cup in France.
Brooks Koepka and Tony Finau beat Justin Rose and Jon Rahm in match one of the morning fourballs while Dustin Johnson and Rickie Fowler were dominant in their 4&2 win against Rory McIlroy and Thorbjorn Olesen.
Jordan Spieth and Justin Thomas made it 3-0 to the USA with a 1 up win against Paul Casey and Tyrrell Hatton. However, Team Europe gained a vital point with Francesco Molinari and Tommy Fleetwood’s 3&1 win against Patrick Reed and Tiger Woods.

Friday afternoon’s foursome matches sees Europe’s Henrik Stenson and Rose play Americans Johnson and Fowler.
McIlroy, who failed to make a birdie this morning, teams up with Ian Poulter for Europe. McIlroy and Poulter take on Bubba Watson and Webb Simpson.
Sergio Garcia and Alex Noren then face Phil Mickelson and Bryson DeChambeau in the third Friday foursome match.
After winning this morning in the fourballs Molinari and Fleetwood go up against the American pairing of Thomas and Spieth in the final foursome match.
