Scotland confirms first Ebola case

The Scottish government on Monday confirmed the nation's first case of Ebola.

Doctors at Glasgow's Gartnavel Hospital had been monitoring a healthcare worker who flew back to the country last night after treating the disease in Sierra Leone. In a statement, the government said the patient was diagnosed so early that the risk of infection to others is "extremely low."
