An Indiana woman is suing a state trooper who allegedly questioned her about her religious beliefs during a traffic stop. Ellen Bogan claims her First Amendment rights were violated when officer Brian Hamilton asked her if she accepted Jesus as her savior after pulling her over for a traffic violation. Bogan doesn't go to church but said she "felt compelled to say that I did."
