Hillary Clinton is widely believed to be waiting until after the midterms to announce a 2016 White House bid. Yet Sen. Tom Harkin (D-Iowa) says he's not so sure she will run, citing a conversation the two had last weekend at his annual steak fry.
"I wouldn't be surprised if she went one way or the other," he said, adding that the decision is "weighing heavily on her."
Harkin added that Clinton saw him and his wife playing with their grandchildren at the event, and "she just whispered, she said to me, 'that just looks so wonderful, because now I'm going to have grandchildren.'"
