A Florida man who was charged with pooping in the woods outside a local bar is suing police for violating his civil rights. Elvan Moore II claims he was actually vomiting and that the disorderly conduct charges, which were later dropped owing to lack of evidence, caused him to lose his $55,000-a-year job as a financial adviser. He is seeking damages for being "harassed" by police.
