Julian Assange may walk at London Fashion Week

The Independent reports that WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange may have a new hobby: high-fashion modeling.
Ben Westwood, son of the renowned British designer Vivienne Westwood, has reportedly asked Assange to model in his runway show at London Fashion Week this September, which will be held at Ecuador's embassy. Though not the typical venue for a fashion show, Westwood doesn't have much of a choice if Assange is to be included — he's been hiding at the embassy to avoid being extradited to Sweden, where he is wanted for questioning over sex offenses.
"I want to highlight Julian Assange's plight," Ben Westwood told the U.K. newspaper. "What happened to him is totally unfair." The collection, inspired in part by Assange, has a theme that Westwood called his "combat-beret look."
