Fox News host Neil Cavuto and Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-Minn.) exchanged harsh — and loud — words during a segment on Wednesday.
The issue was the threat by House Republicans to sue President Obama over his use of executive orders. The discussion started off civilly enough, but tempers began to flare once Bachmann started accusing the IRS of giving out private donor information to "political friends" of the Obama Administration. "You're conflating issues, and you're being silly," Cavuto snapped.
He went on to ask Bachmann: "Where was your rage when Democrats were going after President Bush on the same use of executive orders? Because I think you knew then that was a waste of time then and I think you know in your heart of hearts this is a waste of time now." Bachmann advocated defunding the executive branch and impeaching officials, to which Cavuto responded, "Think about what you're saying. Defund the executive branch?... if Democrats had said to you, 'We're going to defund President Bush,' you would have laughed.... I think Democrats would be in their right minds to laugh you out now."

The two continued to talk over each other until Cavuto ended the segment by saying he "respectfully disagreed," and the show respectfully cut Bachmann off to go to commercial. Watch the shouting match below. --Catherine Garcia
