Although she settled on calling her book Hard Choices, former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton was apparently mulling a few other titles for her book. According to an author's excerpt released today, Clinton said the Washington Post "helpfully" asked its readers for titles that, for better or worse, didn't make the cut.
"One proposed It Takes a World, a fitting sequel to It Takes a Village," she wrote. "My favorite was The Scrunchie Chronicles: 112 Countries and It's Still All about My Hair" — a nod to the public's obsession with the hair clip she wore on her globe-trotting trips.
The book, which is also sadly not named Sisterhood of the Traveling Pantsuit, is out June 10.
