Maryland Gov. Martin O'Malley might just prove to one of the most formidable Democratic presidential candidates in 2016 — as his own musical warm-up act.
Eye On Annapolis reported this evening that O'Malley was seen around the state capital of Annapolis, playing a six-string banjo in front of a bench:
O'Malley himself then posted a tweet with the same picture, commenting: "I love that as governor of MD I can still play street music in Annapolis."
