A 290-pound man is suing his local White Castle because he was unable to fit in the restaurant's booths. Martin Kessman claims that the restaurant is in violation of the Americans With Disabilities Act and is discriminating against his size. "I'm not humongous, but I'm a big guy," Kessman said.
