An Ohio man threatened to kill John Boehner, prosecutors say
An Ohio Man threatened to murder House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) last fall, federal prosecutors allege, according to The Associated Press and WCPO.
Bartender Michael R. Hoyt was indicted by a grand jury Jan. 7, WCPO reports. He had reportedly served Boehner drinks at the Wetherington Country Club for more than five years.

Hoyt told the officer he was Jesus Christ and he was going to kill Boehner because Boehner was mean to him at the country club and because Boehner is responsible for Ebola. Hoyt advised he had a loaded Beretta .380 automatic and he was going to shoot Boehner and take off. [WCPO]
Hoyt also said he could've easily poisoned Boehner's wine, but didn't. He is one of three people arrested for threatening to kill Boehner in the last year, WCPO reports.
