Mila Kunis stands accused of an unusual crime: The theft of a chicken more than 20 years ago in Ukraine.
In what might actually be an elaborate prank pulled by Kunis' husband, former Punk'd host Ashton Kutcher, a singer named Kristina Karo filed a claim against the actress in Los Angeles on Monday, saying she stole her pet chicken, Doggie, when they were children. According to the filing obtained by People, Karo is asking for $5,000 to cover therapy sessions for her emotional trauma, saying that "upon arriving in the U.S. and seeing [Kunis] in person, more therapy was needed due to emotional abuse."
On Wednesday, Kunis and Kutcher responded to Karo's claims in a video posted by TMZ. Kutcher is awfully suspicious of Karo's timing, saying, "The girl has a music video coming out the same time she is suing you?" As for Kunis, she said she might just file her own lawsuit after actually watching Karo's video: "My body hurts, my eyes hurt, they're burning. That requires money."
