On Thursday, an anti-terrorism court in Pakistan sentenced 10 men to life in prison for shooting Malala Yousafzai in 2012, when she was 15. All of the men were members of the Pakistani Taliban, officials said.

Yousafzai, an activist for education, was riding a bus to her school when she was shot. Since the attack, Yousafzai has co-founded the Malala Fund, written a bestselling memoir, and won the 2014 Nobel Peace Prize.
