All those arrested are charged with engaging in organized crime related to a capital murder "because of the number of victims that were killed in one episode," according to a Waco police spokesman, Sgt. Patrick Swanton. The melee was so massive and chaotic police initially announced 192 arrests, only to revise that total and say it could change yet again as they continue their investigation.
