It's his signature issue, and on Sunday, Donald Trump shared his plan for immigration reform in a policy paper posted on his website.

Trump believes that "any immigration plan must improve jobs, wages, and security for all Americans," according to his plan, and is once again calling for the creation of a wall between the U.S. and Mexico, to be paid for by Mexico. The paper argues that "the Mexican government has taken the United States to the cleaners," and says if Mexico doesn't pay for the wall, the U.S. will punish the country by increasing fees on temporary visas issued to Mexican CEOs and diplomats and on fees at ports of entry to the U.S. from Mexico.
