Only in America: This city in Missouri just officially banned 'sideboob' and 'underboob'
Springfield, Missouri, last month updated its indecent exposure laws to require women to cover a greater percentage of their breasts in public, in response to "Free the Nipple" rallies organized by local feminists. The law also requires that both sexes "cover 100 percent of their buttocks." A provision barring the display of "covered male genitals in a discernibly turgid state" was removed from the final law.
