French satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo didn't pull punches on its first cover since the Paris attacks that killed 129 last Friday. The bright red cover of the latest issue, out Wednesday, features a cartoon man holding up a glass and a bottle of champagne. The man, who appears to be dancing, is riddled with bullet holes out of which champagne is pouring. A declaration emblazoned above him declares: "They have weapons. Screw them, we have champagne!"

The terrorist attacks on Paris come 10 months after Charlie Hebdo's offices were attacked in a rampage that left 17 dead. In the latest issue's editorial, the paper's managing editor reminds France to stay strong: "Blood and tears, prophesied Churchill. That's where we are. Without realizing it, the Parisians of 2015 have sort of become the Londoners of 1940, determined not to yield, neither to fear nor to resignation, whatever catches them off guard."
