It wasn't an endorsement, but Vice President Joe Biden did reveal Tuesday that he's fairly positive Hillary Clinton will win the 2016 election.
"I feel confident that Hillary will be the nominee, and I feel confident she'll be the next president," he told Good Morning America's Robin Roberts. Biden has not formally endorsed Clinton or rival Bernie Sanders, and in April made supportive comments about both candidates — the vice president said he'd "like to see a woman elected" as president and suggested he appreciates Sanders' campaign messaging. "I like the idea of saying, 'We can do much more,' because we can," he told The New York Times.
