Ted Cruz pointedly declined to endorse Donald Trump in his prime-time speech at Wednesday's Republican National Convention. He congratulated Trump on winning the nomination, but said that voters should go out and "vote your conscience." The delegates booed Cruz — reportedly at the Trump team's behest — and shouted "Endorse Trump." Heidi Cruz had to be escorted out of the convention hall under guard. For someone being mercilessly thrashed and threatened by a major political party, Hillary Clinton seems to be having an awful lot of fun this week.
