Spending thousands on pens, sending security agents for lotion refills, and leaving aides to pay for hotel stays left the world wondering how Environmental Protection Agency head Scott Pruitt still had a job.
Well, he doesn't anymore. And nonpartisan watchdog organization Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington has one word to sum up Thursday's not-so-surprising news:
