Democrats score first flip of 2018 midterms — in Guam

The first Democratic flip of the 2018 midterms has already happened — while all the polls are still open in the mainland United States. Across the ocean in Guam, Lou Leon Guerrero was elected the U.S. island territory's first female governor, and seized a seat that has been in Republican possession for the past eight years, KUAM News and the Daily Kos' James Lambert report.
