Republican Marsha Blackburn wins Tennessee Senate race

Republican Rep. Marsha Blackburn has won Tennessee's Senate race, ABC News and Bloomberg project.

With 13 percent of precincts reporting Tuesday night, Blackburn was ahead of Democrat Phil Bredesen, the state's former governor, with 63 percent of the vote, per Bloomberg.
