Gooding Jr.'s attorney, Mark Heller, said Thursday that his client "has not acted inappropriately in any shape or form" and that video from Sunday shows "nothing that could even be considered ambiguous."

"He did absolutely nothing wrong," Heller also said, per CBS News. "I am completely confident that he will be totally exonerated." The New York Times reports that detectives "were able to corroborate the woman's account using security camera footage from the bar."
