Cuba Gooding Jr. charged with forcible touching in groping case

Cuba Gooding Jr. has just been charged with a misdemeanor in New York as he faces two groping allegations.
The actor on Thursday surrendered to the NYPD for questioning and was charged with forcible touching, CNN reports. This comes after a woman told police that Gooding Jr. grabbed her breast at the Magic Hour Rooftop Bar in New York on Sunday.
The NYPD has confirmed that a second woman also filed a police report on Monday accusing Gooding Jr. of groping her in a Manhattan club in 2008, NBC News reports.

Gooding Jr.'s attorney, Mark Heller, said Thursday that his client "has not acted inappropriately in any shape or form" and that video from Sunday shows "nothing that could even be considered ambiguous."
"He did absolutely nothing wrong," Heller also said, per CBS News. "I am completely confident that he will be totally exonerated." The New York Times reports that detectives "were able to corroborate the woman's account using security camera footage from the bar."
