Trump impeached for obstruction of Congress

A majority of members of the House of Representatives voted on Wednesday night to impeach President Trump on the second article, obstruction of Congress.

Article 2 was adopted with a vote of 229-198, primarily along party lines.

Earlier, the House voted 230-197 to impeach Trump on the first article, abuse of power.
