Dr. Jack Cassell, a Mount Dora, FL, urologist who strongly opposes health care reform, has posted a sign outside his office: "If you voted for Obama... seek urologic care elsewhere. Changes to your healthcare begin right now, not in four years." Cassell says that while he would not deny care outright, "if [Obama supporters] read the sign and turn the other way, so be it." His stance has elicited both outrage and cheers. "Doctors are forbidden by our code of ethics to allow [political] opinions to interfere" with care giving, says Dr. Scott Mendelson at the Huffington Post; Cassell is displaying "astonishing arrogance."
