Natalie Portman demanded a woman direct the Ruth Bader Ginsburg biopic

It makes perfect sense that badass Oscar-winning actress Natalie Portman is lined up to play badass Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg in a biopic focused on her feminist legal work in the '70s.

But Portman had one hold-up before starting on the project: She requested that a woman direct the film, Ginsburg said at the American Constitution Society Convention.
