Donald Trump says as much as he hates some reporters, 'I'd never kill them'

Reporters can sleep a little easier tonight, knowing that Donald Trump has no plans to kill them any time soon.

During a rally in Michigan on Monday, the Republican presidential candidate crowed about Vladimir Putin's recent words of support and said he was left perplexed by people who asked him if he was "offended" by the praise. "They said, 'He's killed people, reporters,' and I don't like that," he said. "I'm totally against it." Trump then pointed at the reporters in the crowd and said, "By the way, I hate some of these people, but I'd never kill them." Cheers rang out, but it was unclear if people were voicing their approval of the contempt he has for journalists or the restraint he shows by not murdering them. Watch the video below.
