The Secret Service was notified on Friday after a man walked into the office of the Las Vegas Review-Journal newspaper and filled out an obituary form for Hillary Clinton.

The man said his name was Don Schubert, and listed Clinton as the deceased and her date of death Feb. 20, 2016 — the day of Nevada's Democratic presidential caucuses. After asking him to leave, security guards reported him to the Secret Service, the Review-Journal reports. Previously, he called the Review-Journal office to complain about the coin tosses that took place during the Iowa caucuses in January. Schubert, said to be wearing a Bernie Sanders sticker on his shirt, was spotted leaving the parking lot in a Toyota Prius sporting several additional Sanders stickers. The Sanders campaign website lists a "Don Schubert's house" in Long Beach, California, as a volunteer phone bank site, the Review-Journal says.

Schubert told the Review-Journal Friday night he had been contacted by a Secret Service agent, who told him he could be arrested, but they didn't plan on doing so. Schubert said he predicted a Clinton defeat at the caucuses, and the obit was an act of "political humor."
