This garage went on the market for £650,000 – the same price as an eight-bedroom country manor in Northumberland, the Daily Mail notes.
Fulham garden - £120,000
In 2013, this 440-square foot garden in Fulham sold for £120,000. It is probably worth significantly more than that now.
