Where's the bride?
A German couple’s marriage got off to a shaky start when the groom left his new bride at a highway gas station. The newlyweds were driving home from a honeymoon in France when they stopped to get gas. While her husband was at the pump, the bride, who had been sleeping in the back, went to use the restroom. But the man didn’t notice his spouse was missing and drove off. He didn’t notice she was gone until two hours later.

Clint Eastwood, 83, is showering gifts on a new, 42-year-old girlfriend, said the National Enquirer. In a bizarre wife swap, the aging actor began seeing Erica Tomlinson-Fisher, after his wife of 17 years, Dina, began seeing Tomlinson-Fisher’s ex-husband, whom she has known since high school. Eastwood and Erica quickly became hot and heavy, and he moved her into his home and bought her a Mercedes-Benz. “Clint has become her sugar daddy,” said a source. “Dina is in a fury.” Dina thinks Tomlinson-Fisher is only interested in Eastwood’s $375 million fortune, and worries she’ll snatch much of it from their daughter and his other children.
If you can't play dead...
A Canadian man fended off an attacking black bear by grabbing hold of the beast’s tongue. Gilles Cyr said he was walking through the woods when the bear jumped out of the trees. “When I opened up my eyes, it was on top of me—with the friggin’ noise, it’s crazy the way it growls,” said Cyr. “I thought I was dead.” But as the bear opened its mouth to bite him, he grabbed its tongue and held on to it. “I says, ‘If you’re going to hurt me, I’m going to hurt you too.’” The shocked bear backed away from Cyr, who escaped with superficial wounds.
