A Broadway play was thrown into chaos when a man vomited from the balcony onto the audience below. During the play Grace, an audience member passed out and slumped against the balcony rail. As people rushed to his aid, the man pitched forward and vomited copiously over theatergoers below him in the high-priced orchestra seats. The showered-upon left the theater, but the actors valiantly kept going through the commotion. Unfortunately, audience member Gabe Alfassy said, “the stench of the vomit was a little overwhelming.”

Marijuana dealer makes a faux pas in court
A convicted marijuana dealer in Ohio may have blown his chance at a lenient sentence. At a hearing for Damaine Mitchell, 19, Judge Melba Marsh told Mitchell he could avoid jail if he entered a drug-treatment program and agreed to give up smoking marijuana. “That’s going to be hard for me to do,” Mitchell mused aloud, before asking Marsh if she would let him “get one more joint in.” The visibly irritated judge said no, and set a date for sentencing.
