A Michigan woman is suing the distributors of the hit movie Drive, claiming that it contains less driving than the trailer would suggest. Drive, a critically acclaimed thriller, features several car chases. But that wasn’t enough for Sarah Deming, whose lawsuit complains that Drive’s “misleading movie trailer’’ made it seem “very similar to The Fast and the Furious, or similar series of movies.”

A woman is suing Texas police, alleging that after her arrest for a traffic violation, she was forced to listen to Rush Limbaugh. Bridgett Nickerson Boyd, who is African-American, says that an officer unjustly arrested her and handcuffed her in a police car, where she had to listen to the conservative radio host “make derogatory comments about black people.”
