The mayor of Cordova, Ala., won’t let residents left homeless by the recent tornadoes live in emergency trailer homes sent by the federal government. Mayor Jack Scott says the FEMA trailers are ugly and might become permanent fixtures if he allows them in. “We’re just going to stand with what we think is right for this town,” said Scott.
