Worshiping Sarah Palin: The hymn

In a musical tribute to Palin that's gone viral on YouTube, two elderly Tea Party admirers sing a repurposed hymn in a church. What to make of it?

The video: Supporters of Sarah Palin have registered their admiration for the Alaska Republican, as well as their hopes for her political future, in a rousing song that was posted on YouTube last October but went viral on Monday. The song, credited to Tom Dempsey (lyrics) and Gary Mcvay (vocals), is sung to the tune of "The Battle Hymn of the Republic," and was apparently recorded in a church. (Watch video below) The lyrics include the rousing chorus:
