A 13-year-old Las Vegas girl, in a coma after being hit by a car, has been ticketed by police for jaywalking. Takara Davis’ mother, Kellie Obong, says officers handed her the ticket in the hospital as her daughter was undergoing emergency brain surgery. “If she was jaywalking then she was jaywalking,” said Obong. “But maybe you give it to me at a later time.”
