Dr. Conrad Murray will not take a plea bargain in the death of Michael Jackson, said TMZ.com. Murray firmly believes he did nothing wrong in administering drugs to Jackson and will be cleared of involuntary manslaughter charges next month, the website said. Murray’s lawyers are planning to argue that Jackson often self-administered the drug Propofol to combat his insomnia, and overdosed on that drug—not on anything the doctor gave him. “Dr. Murray is just now learning what he [Jackson] may have been doing,” said Murray’s lawyer, Ed Chernoff.
