Dr. Jack Cassell, a Mount Dora, FL, urologist who strongly opposes health care reform, has posted a sign outside his office: "If you voted for Obama... seek urologic care elsewhere. Changes to your healthcare begin right now, not in four years." Cassell says that while he would not deny care outright, "if [Obama supporters] read the sign and turn the other way, so be it." His stance has elicited both outrage and cheers. "Doctors are forbidden by our code of ethics to allow [political] opinions to interfere" with care giving, says Dr. Scott Mendelson at the Huffington Post; Cassell is displaying "astonishing arrogance." Not so fast, says Jay Tea at Wizbangblog. "Doctors are not slaves," and they have every right to protest Obamacare by "standing up for themselves." See an interview with Cassell here:
