Gossip: Britney Spears
Angry fans stormed out of a Britney Spears concert in Australia, accusing the pop star of lip-synching her way through most of her hits.
Hundreds of angry fans stormed out of a Britney Spears concert in Perth, Australia, this week, accusing the pop star of shamelessly lip-synching her way through most of her hits. Several fans, including some who paid as much as $1,500 to see Spears perform live, demanded refunds. “I want my money back or I want her to sing properly,” said Amanda Hawlet, who’d traveled two hours to attend the concert. An Australian judge said he was considering requiring Spears to disclose on tickets that she doesn’t actually sing in the concerts.
