Tip of the week: How to have grace under pressure
Four ways to control stress and anxiety
Start a physical routine. Exercising daily can “combat anxiety and boost confidence.” Do cardiovascular exercises, but be sure to combine them with yoga or meditation, which can “improve your focus.”
Buddy up with stress. Stress can actually make you stronger—and more productive. So know the symptoms—“rapid heart rate, shallow breathing”—and remember its “value” as a motivator.
Practice makes perfect. The more you perform a task, the more “ingrained” it will be, and the more confidence you’ll have in your abilities.

Get hindsight. Put “negative expectations” based on past experiences behind you. Taking “ownership of previous missteps” will help you to gain “control” over future anxiety.
