Since last August, the airline has charged $2 per soft drink or bottled water on all domestic flights. BAD DAY FOR: Buying local, as the Wooster, Ohio, department store Freedlander’s is closing its doors at the end of the week, after 125 years in business. Freedlander’s is one of the last locally owned department stores in the nation. The three-story building will be torn down and replaced with a retail-and-condominium complex. (Akron Beacon Journal)
