1. Netflix's live 'Love is Blind' reunion was a complete disaster
Love means sometimes having to say you're sorry for a disastrous live stream. Netflix held one of its first live events on Sunday night, the reunion special of its dating show Love is Blind, and it was an unmitigated disaster. Frustrated fans were left waiting for more than an hour after the event failed to start at the scheduled time thanks to technical difficulties, and even when it finally began, many viewers still weren't able to watch. Amid the ensuing online meltdown, Netflix said it was "incredibly sorry" that the night "did not turn out as we had planned" and by early Monday promised the special would be streaming later in the day. The whole thing was such a catastrophe that Netflix's rivals started getting in on the dunking party, with the Blockbuster Twitter account essentially wondering if we miss them yet. Cable TV, perhaps we treated you too harshly.
2. F. Murray Abraham was reportedly fired from 'Mythic Quest' over alleged sexual misconduct
F. Murray Abraham didn't leave Mythic Quest by choice, but rather was fired after facing allegations of sexual misconduct, according to a new report. The 83-year-old actor's abrupt departure from the Apple TV+ sitcom last year came after at least two complaints about his behavior on set, Rolling Stone reported. The report didn't detail the incidents but said one of them led to Abraham being "given a warning and told to keep away from some of the show's actresses." After a second incident was brought to the attention of Mythic Quest creator and star Rob McElhenney, Abraham was let go, according to Rolling Stone. In a statement, Lionsgate said, "We take allegations of misconduct seriously and investigate them thoroughly. As a matter of corporate policy, we do not discuss our personnel actions." Abraham, who has since appeared in the second season of The White Lotus, hasn't commented.

3. Los Angeles District Attorney's Office reportedly reviewing Armie Hammer sexual assault allegations
Are Los Angeles prosecutors getting ready to bring down the hammer? The Los Angeles District Attorney's Office is reviewing allegations of sexual assault against Armie Hammer, CNN reports. "I can confirm that the LAPD has presented a case regarding Armie Hammer to the LADA," communications director Tiffiny Blacknell told the outlet. "The matter is currently under review." No further details were provided, but in 2021, a woman identified only as Effie alleged the Social Network star "violently raped me for over four hours" in 2017. "During those four hours, I tried to get away but he wouldn't let me," she alleged. "I thought that he was going to kill me. He then left with no concern for my well-being." Hammer has denied the allegations, claiming to Air Mail that "this alleged rape was a scene that was her idea." Effie told CNN on Monday she is "disgusted that he's not taking accountability for what he did to me."
4. Judy Blume clarifies support for trans community after J.K. Rowling quote
Are you there, Twitter? It's me, Judy Blume, with an important clarification. The author caused a bit of a stir over the weekend after she was quoted in the Sunday Times saying she loves J.K. Rowling, who has repeatedly come under fire for anti-trans statements, and is "behind her 100 percent as I watch from afar." But later on Sunday, Blume released a statement clarifying that "I wholly support the trans community," adding that she was taken out of context while trying to say she "can empathize with a writer — or person — who has been harassed online." Blume added she disagrees "vehemently" with anyone "who does not fully support equality and acceptance for LGBTQIA+ people," and "anything to the contrary is total bulls--t." That sound you hear is every publicist working on promoting the Are You There God? It's Me, Margaret movie breathing a sigh of relief.

5. Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello not back together after kissing at Coachella
What happened at Coachella will stay at Coachella for Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello. The "Señorita" singers were spotted smooching at the music festival on Friday, leading to speculation that their romance is back on. They split in November 2021 after more than two years together. But Mendes and Cabello apparently plan to remain exes, as a source told Page Six "they aren't dating again." This source explained that "they've stayed in touch since their breakup and decided to meet up at Coachella since they were both going," and although "one thing led to another as the night progressed," their kiss was a "one-off." Meanwhile, Leonardo DiCaprio was spotted hanging out with Irina Shayk, Bradley Cooper's ex-girlfriend, at Coachella. But TMZ clarified DiCaprio and Shayk aren't dating — in case you couldn't already guess that from the fact that she's 37 years old.
